Renegade Performance Group's latest foray under the AFROFUTURISM series - Untamed Space is less than 3-weeks away! This world premiere commissioned by Danspace Project covers the trajectory of "marooning" across time and space. Artistic director André M. Zachery has created this work leaning on his familial lineage from the Southern United States and Haiti, through his upbringing on the southside of Chicago and into the Afrofuture where he states:
"how the creation of those impassible spaces has influenced contemporary identities of African-blooded people in the Americas.”
