Candace Thompson is a featured performer - dancing the ContempoCaribe solo 'Of Circles and Bright Colours' at the 50th Anniversary Gala, hosted by the  West Indian American Day Carnival Association.  The theme of the year was "Celebrating 50 years of Caribbean Carnival & Culture: From a Dream to a Legacy."
